I hesitated because of the price, but you get what you pay for. The leather feels much softer than the cheaper model I bought last year. Padding is thick and doesn't bottom out.
I wasn't sure if the "Cloud" name was just marketing, but wow. The cushioning is incredibly soft yet supportive. It literally feels like a hug. Perfect for my reading nook/office setup.
Sturdy, easy assembly with instructions and the drawers/doors work great.
Shipping was great. Instructions are easy to read and asset.
One of my pieces came in the wrong color but a simple email conversation with pictures, it was remedied.
