Ergo360 ComfortMasters is HUANUO’s real-user product experience program. We invite U.S.-based users who spend long hours at a desk to experience HUANUO ergonomic products in everyday life, share honest feedback, and tell the story of how they work, create, or game. Your feedback helps us better understand what real users need and how we can continue improving our products. Selected participants will be invited to appear on camera and capture simple photos and short clips in their own workspace, showing their daily routine and product experience using their own devices. No professional filming or editing experience is needed. We will provide guidance, handle the final editing, and work with you to turn your real experience into a story that feels personal, authentic, and uniquely yours.

How does the selection process work?

The selection process includes two rounds. First, you’ll complete a quick 3-minute application so we can understand you, your workspace, and the story you may be comfortable sharing. If your application looks like a potential fit, we’ll email a follow-up survey to learn more about your setup, product compatibility, and comfort appearing on camera. The follow-up may also ask for workspace photos and a short self-introduction video. Completing the second survey does not guarantee selection.If we don’t have a suitable match for you this round, we may contact you again for future opportunities.

When will I hear back after applying?

We’ll review applications and email selected candidates within 10 business days. If your initial application is a potential fit, you’ll receive a follow-up survey by email. After reviewing it, we may send you an official invitation confirming the matched product, story direction, tasks, timeline, and next steps. Because spots are limited and selection depends on both story fit and product compatibility, we may not be able to invite or reply to every applicant.

How long is the experience period?

The main product experience period typically lasts about one month after delivery. A few “before” photos or clips may be requested before the product is shipped. The exact timeline and tasks may vary by product and will be confirmed in your official invitation email.

What do I need to submit to receive the program reward?

Required tasks will be confirmed before you join. They may include photos or short clips of your current workspace before the product arrives, unboxing and setup footage, experience surveys, natural clips of everyday use, and a short personal testimonial. Phone footage is fine, and no editing is required. HUANUO will provide guidance and edit the final story.

Do I have to post on social media?

No. Social media posting is optional. You’ll submit the agreed photos, clips, and feedback directly to HUANUO. If you choose to share your experience publicly, we may provide suggested tags, hashtags, or posting guidelines by email.

Will HUANUO use my content publicly?

We may select certain photos, videos, written feedback, or parts of your story for public use. The types of content, usage channels, and authorization terms will be clearly explained in the formal agreement before you join. Before anything is published, we’ll also share the final selected content with you for confirmation, so you’ll know exactly what may be used publicly.
