The Ergo360 ComfortMasters is HUANUO’s real-user product experience program. We invite US-based users who spend long hours at desks, workstations, or gaming setups to test HUANUO ergonomic products in everyday life and share honest feedback.

MATCH & QUALIFY

If your application looks like a fit, we’ll email a short follow-up survey to confirm your setup and match you with a suitable HUANUO product. If selected, you’ll receive an invitation with the matched product.

How does the selection process work?

The selection process includes two rounds of surveys. First, you’ll complete a quick 3-minute application so we can understand your workspace, product interests, and basic setup. If your application looks like a potential fit, we’ll email you a longer follow-up survey. This second survey helps us learn more about your setup, product needs, and compatibility so we can match you with a suitable HUANUO product. Please note that completing the second survey does not guarantee product selection. If we don’t have a suitable product match for you this round, you may not be able to participate immediately, but we may contact you again for future program opportunities.

When will I hear back after applying?

We’ll review applications and email selected candidates within 10 business days. If your initial application is a potential fit, you’ll receive a follow-up survey by email. After reviewing your follow-up survey, we may send you an official product invitation with the matched HUANUO product and next steps. Because spots are limited and product matching depends on setup compatibility and product availability, we may not be able to invite every applicant or reply to every application.

What products might I receive?

Current product categories may include standing desks, office chairs, monitor arms, footrests, seat cushions, and other ergonomic accessories. If you are selected, we’ll invite you to test a specific HUANUO product based on your workspace setup, product needs, compatibility, and current product availability.

How long is the experience period?

The product experience period typically lasts about 1 months. The exact timeline and feedback requirements may vary by product and will be confirmed in your official invitation email.

What do I need to submit to receive the program reward?

During your experience period, you’ll be asked to complete required feedback tasks, which may include an unboxing and setup video, a setup feedback survey, a 1-month experience survey, and a few casual photos or short clips showing real everyday use. Final requirements may vary by product and will be confirmed by email before you begin.

Do I have to post on social media?

No. Social media posting is optional. This program focuses on real product experience and feedback. If you choose to share your experience publicly, we may provide suggested tags, hashtags, or posting guidelines by email.

Will HUANUO use my content publicly?

Only with your permission. When we send the second product-matching survey, we’ll ask whether you are willing to allow HUANUO to use selected content publicly. This may include photos, videos, written feedback, your name or preferred nickname, and any likeness that appears in the content you provide, depending on what you choose to submit. If you agree and are officially selected for the program, we’ll provide a separate Content Usage Authorization Form explaining how the content may be used. After you complete the required experience content and feedback tasks, HUANUO will provide an additional $100 content usage fee. If any details change, the final terms will be confirmed through email communication.

If I’m not selected, can I apply again?

Yes. If you’re not selected this round, you’re welcome to apply again in a future program cycle. Product needs, availability, and matching criteria may change over time.

Nice Bed

I'm blown away by how functional this is! It fits perfectly in my small apartment and literally takes seconds to set up, such a huge upgrade from those clunky air mattresses.

Absolute game changer for my guest room!

I am honestly so impressed with this Terra Queen Cabinet Bed! We needed a guest bed but didn't want to sacrifice an entire room to a bulky mattress that only gets used once in a while.

This piece is the perfect solution. When it's closed, it looks like a high-end, stylish dresser (the fluted design on the front is beautiful!). But the best part? It's incredibly easy to pull out. As you can see in my photos, the drawers provide so much extra storage for pillows and blankets, which is a huge plus.
