No. The XL500 features a seat measuring approximately 24.4″ wide and 21.3″ deep, giving your hips and thighs ample room. This generous seating area reduces that cramped, pinched feeling and makes it easy to shift and adjust your posture throughout the day.
No. The approximately 4.7″-thick cushion combines high-density foam with high-carbon steel spring pockets, balancing plush cushioning with resilient, long-lasting support. The spring pocket system has passed a 50,000-cycle fatigue test with no breakage or spring protrusion, and sagging remained under 10% of the initial height.
The XL500 has been load-tested to 500 lbs and built on a heavy-duty support base with a Class 4 gas lift. The entire chair has been tested in accordance with the BIFMA X5.1 standard.
The gas lift pressure tube component is TÜV Rheinland Class 4 certified. Additionally, gas lift samples have been tested by SGS and passed the 120,000-rotation cycle test specified in ANSI/BIFMA X5.1.
